I met Ett at Story Space Studios when we did that fun little ‘Street art, gold & black wedding’ table for Jacques Crafford’s Master class and thank my lucky stars a few weeks later I got to hang around for Ett’s very own Photography work shop.
This time we did an African autumn inspired table (turns out Ett loves autumn and has an entire sleeve to prove it )
Beautifully simple dried Stralizia flowers (or bird of paradise flowers for my none South African peeps) and Syringa berries as the main feature, complimented by the deep blue cut glass and hand painted napkin detail.
Because I believe in making every supplier the rock star of the wedding day I adore chances to learn as much as I can about each different trade. (if there are any bakers out there willing to let me learn/sample cake stuff I’m 110% dedicated to that ) Now granted I was totally lost on the technical things Ett taught but I got to understand so much more about light from this day.
How to use it, How not to be afraid of it and How to make it better on the day and not just through editing. It was amazing..
And then if that wasn’t good enough I got to meet with all the different photographers attending the workshop.
These are some of the pics that were captured by a few of the photographers there. These images are such a great example of how different people can see and capture the same thing in such unique ways.
Each Photographers credit is above their images so go check them out & show them some love while you are there. Thank you Ett for letting me be a small part of your workshop.
