Between them Jean-Michel and Jess are laid back, creative, technical, lovers of the arts, generous, practical, all inclusive, wild flippen party animals and very very good friends (to each other, to their families and the people lucky enough to be in their lives).
Their marriage and wedding day captured and celebrated all of this and more!
The ceremony was held at St. Bonifatius, Jess’s family church and their reception was at the Johannesburg Art Gallery (an absolute GEM of our city, that if you haven’t visited is really worth it)
Time, talent, bougainvillea flowers, cakes (like a lot of cakes), tables and décor where lovingly collected, gifted and shared as their people came together to celebrate them!
We transformed the JAG courtyard into an open air, summer celebration of great food and brilliant music from Desmond and the Tutu’s and Femi Koya.
And can we please dedicate an entire sentence to Jess and her incredible bougainvillea inspired floral wedding DRESS!!! I mean guys!
Jom and Jess, you created a day that was deeply meaningful, stylish AF and oh so very real and you. Thank you for allowing us to step into your love story and day, it was an honor (and flippen great party)
