Natasha & Calvin travelled to South Africa from Canada. When they left Canada, it was -30 degrees and +30 degrees when they landed in Cape Town… quite a temperature change, but that also means great weather for their wedding day!
The beautiful Webersburg Estate was the venue for their nuptials. They got ready in the historic Manor House (built in 1786) and then were driven to a gorgeous spot in front of the vineyards and with the majestic Helderberg and Stellenbosch Mountains behind them. They kicked it off with a shot of Jack Daniels – a toast to Natasha’s late father, who started every occasion this way.
After the ceremony they walked around the gorgeous estate taking photos and we ended it off driving up to the vineyards behind Webersburg, where they had the most spectacular view and sunset to end off a wonderful day!
This was such a fun day and we laughed so much. It’s always fantastic to meet and spend time with a couple who are happy, relaxed and just enjoy being in the moment. Natasha & Calvin, thank you so much for including me on your special day, it’s definitely one to remember!
The amazingly talented team behind this elopement
P.S. Natasha bought her bouquet in Canada, wanting to be a bit more environmentally friendly and to waste less – can you believe it’s made of silk flowers?
