As we sit here in the last few glorious days of 2015 this is my list of wedding planning New Year’s resolutions (these bad boys apply to me on a personal level and on a business level and can totally apply to you in your wedding planning process)

1- Give up comparing my journey/self to someone else.

2- Ask for help. Do the things that I’m good at and make me happy and outsource the other stuff.

3- Love my social media accounts but not allow myself to be swallowed by them (Wedding board Pinterest taming tips for you here)

4- Remember WHY I’m doing this……… (insert what ever wedding planning/creative project/business idea you have, but are maybe getting distracted from, here.)

5- Be thankful. It’s the only difference between having it all and having nothing.

These are my 5 resolutions (psychologists and other academic types suggest keeping the list short and doable FYI) but what are some of your 2016 New Year’s Resolutions?

Please share them with me and let’s help each other stay accountable in 2016.

I want to thank you (not the general you, the actual, individual, incredible YOU that is reading this right now) for reading this right now! Thank you for being such a special part of my 1st Year in business! Thank you for the constant love, honest feedback and support.

I can’t wait to do this again in 2016!!!

Much love

love Rebecca1
